Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Obese individuals aged 10\-14 (Obesity inclusion criteria : age and sex specific BMI over 97 percentile according to 2017 Korean National Growth Chart
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Taking drugs that can affect your weight (e.g., anti\-obesity drugs (Liraglutide, Orlistat), insulin, thyroid hormones, steroids, etc.) or participating in other weight control programs
- •? Having a physical disability that prevents you from participating in the exercise program
