Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient of both genders within the age group of 16 to 26 years and who score above 3 in Westside test anxiety scale
Exclusion Criteria
- •Induviduals with history of major trauma ,any chronic illness , chronic medical or mental disorder. Patients under psychotropic medications , physical or psychological rehabilitation therapy
