- •Gestational age 37-40
- •Singletone pregnancy
- •Lower segmant incision cesarean
- •Spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •Underlying disease(cardiac,liver,renal,polmunary)
- •Allergy to misoprostole and oxytosine
- •Coagolopathy
- •Abnormal placenta(abruption,previa..)
- •Risk factor for post partum hemorrhage like polygestation,macrosomia,polyhydramnious
- •More than 2 prior cesarean
- •History of uterine rupture
- •Complications during surgery including Uterine extension
- •Preeclampsia
