Gestational age 37-40
Singletone pregnancy
Lower segmant incision cesarean
Spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Underlying disease(cardiac,liver,renal,polmunary)
Allergy to misoprostole and oxytosine
Coagolopathy
Abnormal placenta(abruption,previa..)
Risk factor for post partum hemorrhage like polygestation,macrosomia,polyhydramnious
More than 2 prior cesarean
History of uterine rupture
Complications during surgery including Uterine extension
Preeclampsia

Name Time Method Bleeding volume. Timepoint: After placental delivery. Method of measurement: Consumed gauze and sponges and suctioned blood volume and the weight of cesarean pack.;Hemoglobin concentration after surgery. Timepoint: 24 hour after surgery. Method of measurement: Laboratory.
