A person who participated in the previous "Survey Research 2 of Indicators Relating to the Activity of the Brain Based on Functionality of Food (Taxifolin)" (20R-063) and conducted a test CDB (Cognitive Demand Battery) for brain activity within 3 months before the start of this research 2. Persons with diseases that interfere with this study (color blindness, alcohol hypersensitivity, epileptic abnormalities, etc.) 3. A person whose research director, Professor Yasuhiro Nishizaki, will be the subject manager so as not to affect the evaluation of academic achievement 4. Others who are judged to be inappropriate by the principal investigator or coordinator
