Inclusion Criteria
Among Overweight Students in Northern, Thailand Research Phase 1 is
1. A student in grades 4-6 in Northern, Thailand
2. take part in data recording and parents School administrators allow
3. Ability to communicate and understand
4. There is no underlying disease that interferes with activities.
Exclusion Criteria
1. People who take drugs or supplements that affect obesity, such as steroid drugs, drugs birth control or antidepressants, etc.
2. Lack of providing complete information
