- •Patients who are scheduled to undergo thoracic epidural block several times using the paramedian approach at the Pain Clinic will be asked to give a full explanation of the clinical trial beforehand.
排除标准
- •potential for elevated intracranial pressure
- •weight exceeds BMI 30
- •history of spinal surgery
- •Congenital spinal deformity
- •bleeding tendency
- •infection on the thoracic-lumbar spine
- •hypersensitive to amide-based anesthetics
