1.Subjects presenting with the signs and symptoms of Janusandhigatavata will be selected of both genders irrespective of caste, religion and locality.
2.Subjects between the age group of 30-70 years
3.Radiologic changes in knee x-ray(Kellgrens Lawrence index Grade1 and Grade2)
4.Subjects fit for Matrabasti
5.Subjects who are willing to participate and sign the informed consent
1. H/O mono arthritis/ poly arthritis other than knee OA such as gouty arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis and Traumatic cases like fracture.
2. Any unstable cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension ( >160/100 mm Hg) and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (blood sugar fasting >160 mg/dL).
3. History of HIV, HbSAg.
4. Pregnant woman and lactating mother.
