Inclusion Criteria
patients with type 1 diabetes and two diagnosed
men and women 18 years of age and older
diabetic patients with foot ulcer
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with active foot ulcer( presence of secretions at the site of the ulcer, has an infectious smell, yellow or white ulcer)

Name Time Method Quality of care. Timepoint: Before intervention, 6 weeks after intervention and follow up 12 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: (Quality Patient Care Scale) QUALPAC.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Healing of Diabetic foot ulcer. Timepoint: Before intervention/6 weeks after intervention And follow up 12 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Wound Assessment Check list.
