Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients diagnosed for RA with CTS by physician
2) Both male and female patients of age = 30 years
Exclusion Criteria
1) Underlying metabolic disorder such as diabetes mellitus and thyroid
disorders, acromegaly
2) Cervical radiculopathy, Peripheral neuropathies 3) Pregnancy
4) Intractable pain due to CTS
5) History of :Steroid injection, laser therapy at wrist in previous 3 months, carpal tunnel wrist surgery, recent wrist trauma and fractures
