Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) The patient diagnosed with MCA stroke
- •2\) The functional stage of Brunnstrom more than grade 2\.
- •3\) Modified Ashworth scale more than grade 1\+
- •4\)Patient with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke
- •5\) Patients with evidence of scapular dyskinesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Any other diagnosed cause of cervical or shoulder pathology ( fracture
- •2\) Patient with cognitive impairment
- •3\) The patient who is not willing to participate
