Health volunteers<br>Patients with cardiovascular disease: acute coronary artery syndrome, heart failure<br>Criteria for acute coronary syndrome: (1) patients aged over 18 years old and younger than 75 years old;<br>(2) a history of exertional chest pain or acute chest pain, but not more than 12h;<br>(3) ECG ST segment depression in two or more adjacent leads, or elevation in limb leads 0.1 mV, thoracic leads 0.2 mV, or newly developed complete left (or right) bundle branch block;<br>Criteria for heart failure: (1) patients older than 18 years old and younger than 75 years old;<br>(2) Symptoms of dyspnea<br>(3) NT-proBNP is greater than 450 pg/ml (less than 50 years), NT-proBNP is greater than 900 pg/ml (age 50-75 years), and NT-proBNP is greater than 180 pg/ml (more than 75 years)<br>(4) Supported by the cardiac ultrasound evidence
(1) Previous history of intracranial hemorrhage or stroke in unknown parts, or previous ischemic stroke in the past 6 months;<br>(2) Central nervous system injury, nervous system tumor or arteriovenous malformation;<br>(3) Having experienced major trauma, surgical surgery or head injury in the past 2 months;<br>(4) Gastrointestinal bleeding and hemorrhagic diseases with known causes in the past 1 month (except menstruation);<br>(5) Clear, highly suspected or cannot exclude aortic dissection (1) has received a non-compression puncture procedure (such as liver biopsy, lumbar puncture procedure) within 24h;<br>(6) In oral anticoagulant therapy;<br>(7) 1 week of gestation or postpartum;<br>(8) Refractory hypertension [systolic blood pressure> 180mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure> 110mmHg;<br>(9) Advanced liver disease, infectious endocarditis, and active peptic ulcer;<br>(10) Long-term or invasive recovery.
