1.Willingness to comply with any of the randomly chosen treatment program.
2.Low Back Pain for at least three months
3.Age 18-28years
4.BMI- 18.5-24.9
1.Presence of radiculopathy or other damage to spine such as fracture, stenosis and tumors.
2.Non habitual exercise practitioners
3.Cardiovascular systemic disease
4.Neurological deficits
5.Presence of any psychiatric disorders which might affect the compliance and the assessment of symptoms
6.History of spinal surgery
7.Inflammatory, infections and malignant disease of vertebrae
