Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Willingness to comply with any of the randomly chosen treatment program.
- •2\.Low Back Pain for at least three months
- •3\.Age 18\-28years
- •4\.BMI\- 18\.5\-24\.9
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Presence of radiculopathy or other damage to spine such as fracture, stenosis and tumors.
- •2\.Non habitual exercise practitioners
- •3\.Cardiovascular systemic disease
- •4\.Neurological deficits
- •5\.Presence of any psychiatric disorders which might affect the compliance and the assessment of symptoms
- •6\.History of spinal surgery
- •7\.Inflammatory, infections and malignant disease of vertebrae
