入选标准
- •1.Patients of preeclampsia undergoing elective caesarean section:
- •2.Systolic blood pressure 140-160mmHg
- •3.Diastolic blood pressure >90mm hg
- •4.Proteinuria <5g within 24 h
- •5.Body weight 45 to 70 kg
- •6.Height-145-165cm
- •7.Patients without headache, dizziness, and dyspnea
排除标准
- •1.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
- •2. Cases with sepsis, bacteremia or skin infection of local site
- •3. History of severe hypovolemia, anemia and compromised renal, cardiac or respiratory status
- •4. Cases with raised intracranial tension
- •5. History of blood coagulopathies
- •â?? Patient allergic to drugs used for study
