Inclusion Criteria
All patients attending anesthesia department for elective surgeries under lumbar epidural anesthesia with an ASA class 1 or 2
Age Group 18 to 70 years
BMI between 18 to 30
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of neurological disorders
2. Previous spinal surgeries
3. Deformities of spine
4. Infection at puncture site
5. Coagulopathies
6. Pregnancy
