- •All patients attending anesthesia department for elective surgeries under lumbar epidural anesthesia with an ASA class 1 or 2
- •Age Group 18 to 70 years
- •BMI between 18 to 30

- •1. History of neurological disorders
- •2. Previous spinal surgeries
- •3. Deformities of spine
- •4. Infection at puncture site
- •5. Coagulopathies
- •6. Pregnancy
