Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Adult patients aged 18 \- 65 years.
- •2\.ASA grade I to grade III
- •3\.Patients posted for elective craniotomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with ASA grade IV or more
- •2\. Patients with Glasgow coma score(GCS) less than 13
- •3\. Patients allergic to local anaesthetic agents
- •4\. Patients scheduled for aneurysm clipping surgery.
- •5\. Patients with history of opioid use.
- •6\. Patients unable to communicate and comprehend NRS scale.
- •7\. Patients planned for elective post operative ventilatory support.
- •8\. Any patient requiring re\-intubation within first 24 hours will also be excluded.
