入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Adult patients aged 18 - 65 years.
- •2.ASA grade I to grade III
- •3.Patients posted for elective craniotomy
排除标准
- •1.Patients with ASA grade IV or more
- •2. Patients with Glasgow coma score(GCS) less than 13
- •3. Patients allergic to local anaesthetic agents
- •4. Patients scheduled for aneurysm clipping surgery.
- •5. Patients with history of opioid use.
- •6. Patients unable to communicate and comprehend NRS scale.
- •7. Patients planned for elective post operative ventilatory support.
- •8. Any patient requiring re-intubation within first 24 hours will also be excluded.
