Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •both males and females with upper trapezius spasm between 20\-55 years age group, diagnosed clinically and referred for physiotherapy at KM Patel Institute of Physiotherapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with any radiculopathy, neck and back deformities like torticollis or scoliosis, history of trauma or fracture or surgery in the neck or upper back or shoulder, any skin diseases in the trapezius
