Inclusion Criteria
Age 18-75 year
ASA Physical status I-III
Scheduled for GA with LMA
Exclusion Criteria
Contraindications for LMA
Allergy to NSAIDs or Chamomile
Pregnancy
Postpartum less than 6 weeks
Undergoing Neck, Head or C-spine surgery
Recover from URI not more than 1 week
On NG tube
Surgery in lateral on prone position
Operative time more than 3 hours
