- •1. Both male and female lawn Tennis Players will be recruited.
- •2. Players in the age group between 18-25 years.
- •3. Players with minimum 2 year of experience in lawn tennis.
排除标准
- •1. Any major injury that may influence the effect of training program.
- •2. Absence from regular training due to any reason from 6 months.
- •3. Any type of self reported performance enhancement medication and supplementation that
- •may affect the performance and adaptations related to my training program.
