Inclusion Criteria

1. Aged 18 to 65 years

2. Classified by the American Society of Anesthesiology Physical Status Classification as

I (ASA-I).

3. Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) 15/15

4. Patients undergoing elective surgery

5. Fronto parieto temporal brain tumors

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients with anticipated difficult airway.

2. Signs of raised intracranial pressure on examination or MRI

3.History of any type of drug allergy

4. Patients having history of eye disease

5. BMI (Body mass index) >30kg/m2
