Inclusion Criteria

1. Be able to speak, listen, read and write in Thai, 2. Aged 18 to 60 years old, 3. Good general & oral health, 4. Non smoker and 5.Non-alcohol user

Exclusion Criteria

1. Ginger allergy, 2. Pregnant/ breastfeeding/ having menstrual, 3. History of head & neck radiotherapy, 4. Use antithrombotic agents, antihistamines, decongestants or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, 5. History of/ scheduled to surgery in two weeks, 6. History of gallstone or bile duct obstruction, 7. Herpes labialis infection, 8. History of recent travelling aboard, entering risk zone announced by the Ministry of Public Health, having close contact with known Coronavirus case or patient under investigation (within 14 days), 9. Body temperature higher than 37.5 Celsius with coughing, sore throat, runny nose or difficult breathing and 10. Have breakfast or meal which may alter saliva secretion
