Inclusion Criteria
Women of age group between 18 to 35 years complaining of absence of menstruation for last 3 or more month consecutively will be selected
patient should be interested and give their consent for the study work
Exclusion Criteria
patient with primary Aamenorrhhoea
Patient with gross structural abnormalities of genital tract
patient with physiological amenorrhoea like puberty lactation pregnancy menopause
Systemic illness Hypertension Diabetes Mellitus cardiac disease etc
