Inclusion Criteria

clinical paresis of the lower limb
- shortening of the previously mentioned leg < 3 cm
- instability of the knee joint
- no previous orthosis

Exclusion Criteria

- secondary disease with another gait disorder
- ankylosis in the leg with the prospective orthosis
- instability of walk more than 10m
