Inclusion Criteria
1.Children and Adolescents (up to 18 years)
with TMJ ankylosis
2.Difficult intubation and limited/no mouth opening
( <1.5cm)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Lack of consent
2. Planned awake intubation
3. Severe retrognathia with features of upper airway obstruction during sleep
