Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Age 18\-60 years old
  • •2\) Clinical consistent with meniscus injury
  • •3\) Obvious Meniscus tear confirmed on MRI by MSK radiologist

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) History of knee ligmanet injury with residual laxity on physical examinattion(Anterior drawer test positive,
  • •Posterior drawer test positive, Varus/Valgus stress test positive)
  • •2\) Meniscus Root tear
  • •3\) Knee osteoarthritis on Radiograph (Kellgren\-Lawrence scale \>2\).
  • •4\) Gross knee malaligment
  • •5\) Knee Stiffness (\<100 degrees flexion, \>0 degrees extension)
  • •6\) Previous knee surgery
  • •7\) Ipsilateral leg fractures within 6 months
  • •8\) Inflammatory joint disease
