入选标准
- •1) Age 18-60 years old
- •2) Clinical consistent with meniscus injury
- •3) Obvious Meniscus tear confirmed on MRI by MSK radiologist
排除标准
- •1) History of knee ligmanet injury with residual laxity on physical examinattion(Anterior drawer test positive,
- •Posterior drawer test positive, Varus/Valgus stress test positive)
- •2) Meniscus Root tear
- •3) Knee osteoarthritis on Radiograph (Kellgren-Lawrence scale >2).
- •4) Gross knee malaligment
- •5) Knee Stiffness (<100 degrees flexion, >0 degrees extension)
- •6) Previous knee surgery
- •7) Ipsilateral leg fractures within 6 months
- •8) Inflammatory joint disease
