Inclusion Criteria

1) Age 18-60 years old
2) Clinical consistent with meniscus injury
3) Obvious Meniscus tear confirmed on MRI by MSK radiologist

Exclusion Criteria

1) History of knee ligmanet injury with residual laxity on physical examinattion(Anterior drawer test positive,
Posterior drawer test positive, Varus/Valgus stress test positive)
2) Meniscus Root tear
3) Knee osteoarthritis on Radiograph (Kellgren-Lawrence scale >2).
4) Gross knee malaligment
5) Knee Stiffness (<100 degrees flexion, >0 degrees extension)
6) Previous knee surgery
7) Ipsilateral leg fractures within 6 months
8) Inflammatory joint disease
