Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Age 18\-60 years old
- •2\) Clinical consistent with meniscus injury
- •3\) Obvious Meniscus tear confirmed on MRI by MSK radiologist
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) History of knee ligmanet injury with residual laxity on physical examinattion(Anterior drawer test positive,
- •Posterior drawer test positive, Varus/Valgus stress test positive)
- •2\) Meniscus Root tear
- •3\) Knee osteoarthritis on Radiograph (Kellgren\-Lawrence scale \>2\).
- •4\) Gross knee malaligment
- •5\) Knee Stiffness (\<100 degrees flexion, \>0 degrees extension)
- •6\) Previous knee surgery
- •7\) Ipsilateral leg fractures within 6 months
- •8\) Inflammatory joint disease
