Inclusion Criteria
>Patients of ASA (American society of anesthesia) I-IV physical status
-Patients undergoing lower limb vascular surgery in either one lower limb
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients refusal
2.Absolute contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
3.Allergy to local anaesthetics drug
4.Severe spinal deformity
5.Patients with pre-existing neurological deficit
6.Bilateral lower limb surgery
