- •All adult individuals; aged between 18 and 40 years; selected for the pre-season period at the time of the research
排除标准
- •Individuals under 18 years of age; use of alcohol and/or illicit drugs; diagnoses of diagnosed inflammatory conditions; fibromyalgia; irritable bowel syndrome; use of supplements or anti-inflammatory drugs and/or antibiotics during the testing period or have an allergy/intolerance to turmeric.
