Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria included age 60 to 75, ability to walk more than 10 m independently, no sign of cognitive impairment tested by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), and no sign of severe depression tested by the TDGS.
Exclusion Criteria
The exclusion criteria included resting HR> 120 bpm, BP > 180/100 mmHg, neurological diseases (e.g., Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, stroke), orthopaedic injuries that could influence balance, and problems with vision functions.
