Inclusion Criteria
1.All diagnosed cases of primary oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma who undergo surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Recurrent Oral cavity cancers, cancers involving multiple subsites of head and neck and any other co-existing malignancies
2.Patients with a history of previous neck surgery or prior history of treatment with chemotherapy/radiotherapy to head and neck region
3.Patients who are unfit for surgery due to associated comorbidities.
