Inclusion Criteria
Women of reproductive age (15-49 years) and their partners, who are currently using modern contraceptive methods, lived in the selected kebeles (first level local administrative section) at least for six months, married and living together and have a plan of spacing child birth at least for one year
Exclusion Criteria
Those who have a plan of leaving the area less than 12 months
