入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria are age >= 65 years and written informed consent, in treatment at the Polyclinic of Dental Preservation and Periodontology.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria are active tumor disease requiring treatment, infection requiring treatment, current antibiotic treatment, chronic inflammatory disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, osteomyelitis, or previous (within 2 weeks) apoplectic insult with lysis treatment; GFR <30 ml / min, dialysis requirement, coronary artery disease requiring intervention, non-plaque induced gingivitis. These diseases lead to altered sulclus fluid levels of calprotectin and aMMP-8 in the presence of high inflammatory markers and should therefore be excluded from inclusion.
