Inclusion Criteria
University students of both sexes; aged between 18 and 40 years; without musculoskeletal disease or lesion in the spine or lower limbs
Exclusion Criteria
Uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as diabetes or hypertension; as well as volunteers who report systematic physical activity at least twice a week

Name Time Method Presentation of the parameters used to verify if the outcome occurred: Indirect measures of force and the dynamic and static stabilities of the deep pelvic-lumbar muscles will be evaluated by a biofeedback pressure unit.
