1Occipitocervical instability with/without basilar invagination (O C1).
2Only posterior surgery
3Minimum of 2 years follow up.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients in which enough data canâ??t be retrieved from the medical records in this dura-tion.
2Lost to follow up
3Anterior surgery
4Revision surgery
5Sublaminar wiring used as construct

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Patients who were operated with Occipitocervical fusion using screw rod plate system in crani-ocervical pathologies at our institute will be prospectively evaluated for various clinical and ra-diological parameters, which include but are not limited to their outcomes, complications, etc.Timepoint: At our center, patients are regularly followed up at 6 weeks, 6months and 1 year and 2-year follow-up.For our study, the final follow up will be considered.
