Inclusion Criteria
Children between 1 and 7 years of age scheduled for elective outpatient adenotomy with or without myringotomy.
Exclusion Criteria
ASA classification = 3, critical illness with hemodynamic instability, active bleeding, mental retardation or language barrier of parents or legal guardian of the child

Name Time Method Incidence of postoperative emergence delirium depending on time to recover from anesthesia in the PACU as well as the incidence of PONV using a standardized PONV-prophylaxis.
