- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Rolling velocity and arrest of leukocyte in ex vivo flow chamber experiments
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The influence of chronic uremia on the intracellular signal transduction in activated leukocytes is investigated by biochemical assays (western blot). Expression of adhesion molecules on the surface of isolated neutrophils is analyzed by flow cytometry. Demographic and clinical data are collected and analyzed in order to accurately describe the disease severity and progression of chronic kidney injury (laboratory data, general infectious monitoring, monitoring of renal replacement therapy).<br>
