Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The mother's desire to participate in the intervention
- •Mothers with premature babies (28\-37 weeks)
- •Ability to read and write in Persian
- •Availability of mother
- •Ability to participate in training sessions in case of discharge
- •No history of mindfulness training (distorter)
- •No chronic neonatal underlying disease and abnormality (distorter)
- •No history of taking sedatives and psychotropic drugs before pregnancy (confounder)
- •No chronic illness of the mother such as depression and anxiety (confounder)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Absence (even one session) of training sessions
- •Death of a baby
