- •1)Patients between 18 and 60 years.
- •2)Patients undergoing orthopaedic hip,femur and knee surgeries.
- •3)Patients posted for elective surgical procedure.
- •4)ASA GRADE I&II.
- •5)Patients requiring spinal anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1)Patients refusal for consent.
- •2)ASA GRADE III& IV.
- •3)Emergency surgeries.
- •4)Patients >60 years and <18 years.
- •5)Patients allergic to ocal anaesthetic agents.
- •6)Patients requirind general anaesthesia.
- •7)Patients with infection in groin area.
- •8)Patients on anticoagulants or having coagulopathies.
- •9)Pregnant females.
