Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients between 18 and 60 years.
- •2\)Patients undergoing orthopaedic hip,femur and knee surgeries.
- •3\)Patients posted for elective surgical procedure.
- •4\)ASA GRADE I\&II.
- •5\)Patients requiring spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients refusal for consent.
- •2\)ASA GRADE III\& IV.
- •3\)Emergency surgeries.
- •4\)Patients \>60 years and \<18 years.
- •5\)Patients allergic to ocal anaesthetic agents.
- •6\)Patients requirind general anaesthesia.
- •7\)Patients with infection in groin area.
- •8\)Patients on anticoagulants or having coagulopathies.
- •9\)Pregnant females.
