Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients between 18 and 60 years.
2)Patients undergoing orthopaedic hip,femur and knee surgeries.
3)Patients posted for elective surgical procedure.
4)ASA GRADE I&II.
5)Patients requiring spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients refusal for consent.
2)ASA GRADE III& IV.
3)Emergency surgeries.
4)Patients >60 years and <18 years.
5)Patients allergic to ocal anaesthetic agents.
6)Patients requirind general anaesthesia.
7)Patients with infection in groin area.
8)Patients on anticoagulants or having coagulopathies.
9)Pregnant females.
