- •The patient who took warfarin had stable INR target 2.0-3.0 in two follow up visit after received warfarin
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. The patient who took warfarin had stable INR target 2.0-3.0 less than two follow up visit after received warfarin
- •2. Post valve replacement operation less than 1 year
