Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Adult Patient (age in completed years above 18\)
- •2\) PSA \>5 ng/ml
- •3\) Positive Digital rectal examination
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Histopathology other than adenocarcinoma.
- •2\) MRI contraindications like pacemakers.
- •3\) Contraindications for contrast administration like previous h/o reaction to Gadolinium, deranged renal function tests, etc.
- •4\) Poor general condition/ performance status (e.g.\- acute heart failure etc.)
- •5\) Non consenting patients.
