•1.Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score more than or equal to 8.
•2. Diagnosed as stable Psoriasis vulgaris for at least 6 months.
•3. Silvery scaly ,erythematous , thick itchy rashes with positive auspitz sign.
•4. Positive histopathological report for psoriasis
•5. with written consent

•1. Patients with psoriatic arthropaty.
•2. Malignant conditions of skin.
•3. Any other skin pathological conditions leading to Dermatology.
•4.Pregnant and lactating mothers.
•5.Mental condition rendering the subject unable to understand the nature, scope and possible consequences of the study.
•6.Subject unlikely to comply with protocol (e.g. non-compliance, inability to return for follow-up visits, and likelihood of not completing the study)
