Age between 18 and 65 years
Having an oral endotraceal tube from the time of admission and admission to the intensive care unit during the study
Lack of immunosuppressive disease
Mental Health Check Score 10 and less
Not having a history of herbal susceptibility (by taking a biography of the patient's companions)
No admission to other sections before admission to the intensive care unit
Not having hepatitis and HIV virus infection
Not having history and symptoms of aspiration of gastric secretions
Not having coagulation problems
Not having an artificial denture
Passed up to 24 hours after admission to the intensive care units
Pregnancy of female patients
Not having chronic lung problems (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, trauma to the chest)
Earn less than 5 points of the clinical scale of moderate ventilator pneumonia at the time of entering the study

Transferring the patient to other parts before the end of the study
Any specific oral damage caused by intubation, airway, or any other physical factor after the start of the study.
Exit the endotraceal tube for any reason
Re-intubation of endotraceal or tracheostomy for any reason at the time of the study
The Signs and symptoms of aspiration after the start of the study, according to patient records file
The limitation of the technique and the risk of aspiration
Patients with pneumonia 48 hours after the start of the study, according to the physician
Removal of mechanical ventilation before 96 hours
Hygiene oral assessment checklist score of 11 or more
