Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Pain more than 3 months
  • •2\) Doesnâ??t relieve with multiple oral medications for last 2 months
  • •4\) Intensity of pain more than 4 according to NRS scoring

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Local trauma
  • •3\) Inflammation
  • •4\) Infection
  • •5\) On anticoagulant prophylaxis
  • •6\) Blood coagulation disorder
  • •7\) Pregnancy
  • •8\) Psychiatric illness
  • •9\) History of allergy to medication used for the study
  • •10\) Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
