Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Pain more than 3 months
  • 2\) Doesnâ??t relieve with multiple oral medications for last 2 months
  • 4\) Intensity of pain more than 4 according to NRS scoring

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Local trauma
  • 3\) Inflammation
  • 4\) Infection
  • 5\) On anticoagulant prophylaxis
  • 6\) Blood coagulation disorder
  • 7\) Pregnancy
  • 8\) Psychiatric illness
  • 9\) History of allergy to medication used for the study
  • 10\) Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
