- •2) Doesnâ??t relieve with multiple oral medications for last 2 months
- •4) Intensity of pain more than 4 according to NRS scoring

- •1) Local trauma
- •3) Inflammation
- •4) Infection
- •5) On anticoagulant prophylaxis
- •6) Blood coagulation disorder
- •7) Pregnancy
- •8) Psychiatric illness
- •9) History of allergy to medication used for the study
- •10) Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
