Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Pain more than 3 months
- •2\) Doesnâ??t relieve with multiple oral medications for last 2 months
- •4\) Intensity of pain more than 4 according to NRS scoring
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Local trauma
- •3\) Inflammation
- •4\) Infection
- •5\) On anticoagulant prophylaxis
- •6\) Blood coagulation disorder
- •7\) Pregnancy
- •8\) Psychiatric illness
- •9\) History of allergy to medication used for the study
- •10\) Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
