入选标准
- •1) Person who agrees to participate in this study and has signed written consent
- •2) Men and women aged 30 to under 60, excluding illiterate people
排除标准
- •1) A person who can not perform a treadmill movement
- •2) Smokers, alcoholism, drug addiction
- •3) A good eater (Recommended food score > 36)
- •4) A BMI of less than 23 kgm2 or greater than 30 kgm2
- •5) In case of sustained intermediate strength exercise three months prior to the first visit(e.g. three days a week, 30 minutes or more a day).
- •6) In case of continuous intake of health-function food or herbal medicine within two months of the first visit
- •7) In case of the following diseases or medical history within the first two years of the visit :
- •- High blood pressure, diabetes, arteriosclerosis, chronic inflammatory diseases (rheumatoid arthritis), heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid disease, malignant tumor, mental illness
- •- Other diseases that researchers find inappropriate for this study
- •8) In case of continuous use of lipid lowering agent, anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive agent, antibiotics, aspirin, hypoglycemic agent, anticoagents Within one month of the first visit
- •9) If there is an hypersensitivity to test food or its ingredients
- •10) Participation in any other clinical trial within three months of first visit
- •11) Pregnant or Breast feeding woman
- •12) A person who has difficulty using a smartphone
- •13) Otherwise judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for inclusion in the study
