Inclusion Criteria
Patients of ASA Grade I & II scheduled for proximal upper limb and shoulder surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with infection at the site of injection.
2. Patients with bleeding disorders and those on anti-coagulant therapy.
3. Patients with neurological disorders and neuropathy.
4. Patient with motor deficiency secondary to injury.
5. Patient with known phrenic nerve injury and diaphragmatic paresis
