1The person with age between 18 – 60 years.
2Both male and female patients will be included.
3Any of two diagnostic test mentioned above is positive.
4Schirmer test finding should be <10
5Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD)
6Contact lens wearer
7Patients with following signs and symptoms of shushkakshipak.
1Age : <18 years And >60 years
2Systemic inflammatory diseases: e.g.- Sjogren syndrome,
3Chemical injury: e.g., Lime burn or any other
3Chronic viral infections: e.g., Hepatitis C, HIV
3Neurological conditions: e.g., Parkinson disease, Bell’s palsy, Trigeminal neuralgia
4Punctal occlusion: Temporary or Permanent
Radiation of the orbit or nearby area
Undergoing any ocular therapy
