Diagnosed cases of IBD by GI endoscopy
Patient with signs and symptoms of IBD
Patients with elevated fecal calprotectin
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant and lactating mother.
Patients who are diagnosed with immune deficiency diseases like AIDS, cancer, etc.
