Inclusion Criteria

Age of the patients should be between 23 to 33 years old
Body mass index (BMI) should be less than 25
No previous history of shoulder surgery

Exclusion Criteria

Must not have musculoskeletal and metabolic diseases
Inability to perform pre-test sections
