Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patients of childbearing age (20\-37yrs) with active marital life more than 1 year, complaint of failure to conceive with at least unilateral fallopian Tube blocked diagnosed by H.S.G. or by any other method.
  • •2\)Patient suitable for Virechana and Uttarbasti.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patients having age group below 20 years \& above 37 years.
  • •2\)Patients having any acute PID, hypersensitivity to chemical dye, congenital anomalies of vulva \& vagina, uterus, Ca. cervix, STD or any debilitating disease like HIV, VDRL, HBsAg and TORCH positive will be excluded from study.
  • •3\)Patient having uncontrolled Hypertension, DM and any other severe systemic disease.
  • •4\)Women with Hb \< 7 gm%
  • •5\)Patients not suitable for Virechana and Uttarbasti.
  • •6\)Patients suffering from infertility due to male factor i.e. Azoospermia, Asthanospermia also be excluded.
