Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •aged 40 to 79 year\-old in the HTC clinic (history of hypertensive urgency at least one time) who took less than 3 antihypertensive medications and did not change antihypertensive drugs for at least 3 months, blood pressure is less than 160/100 mmHg with serum creatinine less than 1\.1 mg/dL, HbA1c less than 7\.0, and can use mobile application.
Exclusion Criteria
- •participants who have any visual and hearing problems.
- •For withdrawal criteria, participants who develop signs and symptoms of acute myocardial infarction or acute stroke during study period.
